Established by a security professional with over a decade of experience protecting high-value digital assets and sensitive intellectual property, CastleOak was founded in Oakville and draws from real-world work supporting investigations and enforcement efforts involving agencies including the RCMP, FBI, and local law enforcement partners.
Through that work, one reality became impossible to ignore: many modern residential security platforms were built around cloud dependency: transmitting footage externally, processing intelligence off-site, and relying on internet connectivity for core functionality. For homeowners seeking privacy and resilience, acceptable solutions were hard to find.
CastleOak was created to address that gap, applying enterprise-grade security principles to the residential environment. Today, CastleOak designs and installs complete security and surveillance systems, including exterior cameras, Ajax alarm systems with cellular monitoring, and the UniFi network infrastructure that supports both. The result is the privacy-first, locally designed security and surveillance systems you see today.
